A life long passion for the outdoors, the environment and sustainability has guided Elliott to where he is today at Spindlebrook, working to integrate the needs of the farm with our wider ecological objectives. This includes helping to create, manage and maintain a diversity of habitats in the woodland, ponds, hedges and meadows that make up the majority of the farm along side the no-dig vegetable gardens. Elliott is a great believer in the fundamental importance of sustainable food production for both ecological and human health and that this must be rooted in healthy living soils. Helping to grow no dig vegetables for our community is about putting those beliefs and ideas in to practise.
